Youth Mentoring
Purpose
The goal of Youth Mentoring is to promote positive social, civic engagement, and individual educational and vocational advancement of refugee youth and young adults.

Eligibility

Immigration Status – All ORR-eligible populations, described in Immigration Status.

Time in the U.S. – Clients within 5 years or 60 months of their original date of eligibility. Priority of services should be given to those who have been in the U.S. for 1 year or less.

Residency – Must reside in the state of Kansas

A person is eligible to enroll in the Youth Mentoring Program if they are between the ages of 15 and 24 at the time of enrollment.
